On the following pages you'll find all the English speaking sleep coaches who've completed our courses, been certified by our association and who follow our association's core principles.

For a personal session, it's best to find someone in your area. If you can't find anyone or you need a specific (different) expert knowledge, someone from the association will be happy to help you. Please contact us here.

A sleep coaching session can take place in person, online or by phone.
